Conference Facilities

At the Al-Maktoum College, we understand the importance of your event, whether it is a meeting, training course, workshop or seminar. This is why we aim to provide you with the best solutions and high-quality facilities to meet your conference requirements, regardless of size.

Our Training and Meeting facilities are available to hire for training courses, workshops, seminars and meetings, to organisations who need to accommodate groups from as small as 3 people to a presentation for up to 100 people.

MEETING ROOMS AVAILABLE FOR HIRE

  • Shaikh Rashid Conference Hall £30.00 per hour
  • Al-Maqdisi Board Room £20.00 per hour
  • Michael Adams Seminar Room £15.00 per hour
  • Seminar Rooms £10.00 per hour
  • Coffee, Tea and Biscuits (per break) £ 2.50 per person

PACKAGES
Meeting rooms can be hired by the hour, half day or full day. One of our most popular packages is the Day Delegate at The Shaikh Rashid Conference Hall with a capacity of 100. This package offers use of these facilities at reasonable rates:

  • Servings of tea, coffee and biscuits
  • LCD projector
  • Projector screen
  • DVD & VCR Player
  • Microphones
  • Satellite TV & PC
